The story

An internal tool built to manage the growing workforce of a software engineering firm. It handles everything from recruitment pipelines to payroll generation and automated performance review cycles.

What was breaking

Managing employee data across disjointed tools (spreadsheets, Slack, email) was inefficient and unsecure.

Designed a centralized graph-based data model using GraphQL to link employee profiles, projects, skills, and payroll data into a single unified API.
